I have noticed that lately I am in a bit of a silver period. I used to think silver cars were the most bland things on the road, but probably with the semi-recent influx of the non-metallic colors like browns and weird poopy yellows, silver is definitely catching my eye. A few cars that look phenomenal in silver are BMW 3 series, the Matchbox Fisker Karma, and of course the i8.

So to satisfy my silver cravings I have embarked on a set of silver custom BMWs (and a few others, to be revealed at a later time. How is Friday for you?). A 3.0 CSL is in the finishing stages, I have an E92 and an E36 on deck, and probably an E46 as well. Hot Wheels already did a silver E30 so I am covered there.

Silver paint, hand painted lights, badges, and kidneys all around, a Dutch license plate that I think turned out so-so (Too tiny. Next time, I’m decalling it.), painted Alpina-style wheels with Alpina center caps, and a black interior with blue trim and Alpina detailing. What do you guys think?
