It’s an Eend (Dutch for duck, what we call the 2CV. Isn’t it fitting?)! This 1:64 Welly has the perfect color, wheels, and stance. Gorgeous.

I love this casting. Another MBX homerun, the Aston DBS Volante. Might need some minor touchups (black mirror caps and interior detailing), but it’s already close to perfection.

My first high-end 1:18! Ebay steal, if you ask me! Seller was offering this AUTOart Porsche 996 Carrera NIB with all the straps, stickers, and even the elastic holding the doors closed still intact for $47 OBO. Offered him $40, he said yes, and here we are! I’ll probably take it out tonight for a little “Whatever Wednesday” LaLD Car Week entry fun, since I already missed Teutonic Tuesday.
Now to find a 1:1 to match this 1:18...
