Teutonic Tuesday: Mercedes Benz C300

Part 2 of my European Hawl is this W205 Mercedes C300 by Norev. As it follows up yesterday’s resin model, the question has to be asked; “What is resins advantage again?” Sure, the Norev lacks the mesh grille of the GT Spirit, and the wheel and brake detail aren’t anything special (a claim that apply to most Norevs), but the fit and finish is equal to the GT Spirit, and it costs less despite having full openings. Sure, you pop the hood and say to yourself that it may as well be sealed. As usual, this is more the fault of the 1:1, but Norev could still do better. I’m doing this without the model in front of me, so I don’t have much to say about the interior other than it is well done. But more importantly, it is accessible, and to me, that’s all that matters. Viva the Sealed Model Resistance! Yes, I know I’m a traitor. Don’t judge me.
