Everyone likes some COEd action

Now normally I don't pick up the Jada models you see at truck stops, gas stations, Target, etc. To be blunt they are just too gaudy and blinged out for my taste. Every once in awhile I see something that strikes my fancy though, and it usually comes from their Just Truck series. This now makes my second 1947 Ford COE Custom, if you recall from my intro post awhile back I had one on my desk hauling an early 60's VW Beetle (still need to post that up).

In review the details are obviously lacking for a 1:24, but who cares. It has brown metallic paint and contrasting pin stripping, does it really need anything more? These models are de-bumpered but I think I'd actually like to see them with. The bed extends back an inch or so but sadly does not tilt down. Unfortunately, I have nothing in my collection that is 1:24 that would look good on the bed of this rig, maybe I'll make that a goal for the coming hunts.

Look out for a future post with both COE's along with some HW haulers!
