Type 2 Thursday... California Dreamin'

On my lunch break here on the central coast of California. The sun is out, a slight breeze, a nice warm 82 degrees in the middle of March. Saw this M2 limited edition that I found at Walmart awhile back sitting on my shelf at home and couldn't help but think of the beach today, a mere 15 minute drive away.

Detail is good, could be a tad better for a 1:24 but the doors, hatch and engine compartment open. It was a little banged up when I found it, it had broken off it's base so I had to glue the side mirrors back on and reattach a bumper. You might not tell from the pictures but it's actually a nice factory shade of Salmon Pink. Now I just need to find some surfboards and a Coca-Cola cooler for the back!
