Work In Progress: 356 Outlaw 1:18

I wanted to post this on Wednesday but oh well, life happens.

So some background. Base model is a Sun Star 356 A. Donor cars are a Maisto 550 Spyder and a Bburango 911 Carrera Cup. Hopefully I’ll end up with a 356 Outlaw when it’s all said and done.

Some pretty heavy modification is going on here obviously. So far the original base has been modified to accept the 911 power plant and trans. Up front the original base has been modified to accept the front suspension sub assembly from the 550 which in itself has been cut down to the bare essentials.

Still lots and lots to do but I thought I’d share. I’m about 10 hours into it already with probably 20 hours to go.
