Land of the Rising Sun-day: Datsun 620 [Custom]

Just a quick custom that I threw together yesterday. Such a great little truck, wish more of these things survived today. Along with the early Toyotas these trucks are fairly industructible except for the rust monster. A great looking front end and body lines. If I had one I’d definitely warm the L20 block over and throw on a set of dual Mikunis!

Started out as a Greddy liveried mainline but I got a little too aggressive with the acetone and ended up respraying it in a light coat of gloss white along with the bed. The base got swapped with a metal CC version and sprayed semi black. Basic details and a set of gold centered RRs finished it off.
