If you live anywhere on the west coast you know that this week is car week in Monterey/Pebble Beach/Laguna Seca. Even 2 hours away it’s a very noticeable upswing in activity. The shop I work at is a stones throw from the 101 highway which is the most popular option for those coming from Los Angeles besides the interstate as we are the gate way to the nothern section of the famed PCH. All day long you can hear the screaming flat sixes, refined eights, singing tens, and wailing twelves. At lunch I saw no less then 4 dozen very brightly colored exotics from the past few decades all in caravan north. This guy was parked around the corner taking a break so I seized the moment!
