Muscle Monday - '70 Mercury Cyclone 429

Ford fans wouldn't be strangers to the 429 moniker, this 1970 Mercury Cyclone for this week's Muscle Monday packs a 429 Cobra Jet big block V8 under the hood. That, all by itself, makes it a potent performer and a ton of fun to drive. Of course, as a Mercury, the interior is luxurious unlike the typical muscle car.

I really like how Hot Wheels has respected the gentleman's hoon mobile persona in the Garage series by giving it a simple graphics package instead of a shouty one to masquerade it as a Ford. To people not in the know, its rather docile appearance might not be much until the Cyclone blow pass them.
