A few years ago, when the Deltawing was still racing, they were selling 1:43-ish models of it at the Petit Le Mans. Limited run of 350, all numbered. I looked at one and saw the price: $200. No way in hell I was buying that.
Fast forward like two weeks: I go into Goodwill, and there’s number 1 of 350, sitting in the toy aisle, with $3.93 written on it. No way in hell I WASN’T buying that.
