Yesterday I was touring some aviation museums in Kent, the county known as “the Garden of England”, and I took a moment to stop off at the Hornby Hobbies Visitors Centre. Here’s a photo essay!
This is the home of some of the most iconic brands in British toys; Hornby train sets. Airfix model kits. Scalextric slot racing. And of course, Corgi die-casts. It’s not an exaggeration to say this place was responsible for a big chunk of my childhood!
