Hello and welcome back to Sunday Showcase, the weekly series where I showcase a weird and/or wonderful car from my collection. This week, it’s another odd 70s hatchback: the AMC Gremlin.
This is the other craptastic hatchback I was referring to last showcase.
This, like the Pinto, is from the Fresh Cherries line. It’s the second 1/24th in the line. The third, a Chevy Vega, is a car that I sadly do not have yet.
I purchased it off eBay along with the Pinto. Is it just me or do the wheels seem small?
The front end seems to take some inspiration from the Mustang.
Like the Pinto, it has a solid color interior, though this one is a little less obnoxiously bright.
For some odd reason the engine cover can’t hold itself up, so I had to assist it a bit.
