There’s a Mattel Store/warehouse 20 minutes from me. I rarely ever go there because it’s in a warehouse/Factory type district and I don’t like the area. However, today on a whim I decided to go there and I am glad I did because there was a huge sale.
.59 cents for mainline hot wheels. .49 cents for Matchbox. 60% off of green tag items.
I only took a few pics in the store since I didn’t want to possibly get kicked out or something. I should have been brave and taken lots of pictures to show all that they had.
Ugh! Altered Egos and Bubble Gunners. I am so sick of seeing these reject cars on the pegs of each store I go to...but great if you want to harvest wheels

Whatever possibly was on these empty pegs must have been good. It was probably the 1st series Fast and Furious set. The lady said they had some but it was bought out. She was surprised I was able to find a few Fast and Furious cars.

I was about to leave with my HAWL but then decided to check out the whole store. Luckily I did because I found the Road Trippin Skylines hidden among other toys. I also found other good Matchbox cars hidden all throughout the store
I got all this for $31. Plus, for every ten cars I bought, they gave me 1 free. Not too bad. I mostly bought older cars that I missed out on when they were released.
Building up my trade pile. Can you believe the Road Trippin Skylines were only 87 cents each!?! Those skylines are mine to keep though. I spent so much time looking for them all these months. Now I got all three Mt. Fuji cars

Found some 1st series Fast and Furious cars.
Got several LaFerraris for mods and trads. Don’t worry, I didn’t buy them all out. The Mattel store had tons of the LaFerraris.
5 packs for $2.20. Eventhough I only wanted two cars from the pack, at that price it’s a no brainer. Got a bunch of Mustangs too. I’ll probably remove the tampo from those two soccer edition Mustangs.
I was at the store for about 3 hours because there were so many cars to dig through. The only frustrating thing was the fact that I have over 600 cars now and I cant remember if I already have some of these.
