Saw these buses as Target. Are people stealing rubber tires now? A lot of them were missing the rubber.
How did this old 5-pack end up in Wal-Mart? It’s from 1998! This is the second time I’ve seen a really old 5-pack at this Wal-Mart. Last time it was a chrome cars 5 pack. Maybe there is a collector/scalper living nearby that is trying to exchange his old inventory for the new stuff?

1:18 Jada. This Target has it for $34.99. Another Target had them for $39.99. Inconsistent pricing. One time, I asked about their prices and they said it depends on the area.
These Batman vehicles are unlike normal HWs. They’re pretty big...like 1 1/2 to 2 times the size of a typical HW.
