Today I would like to talk about the Greenlight Ford Focus ST. I picked this car up for $4.95 from a local mom and pop toy shop. From the packaging I had high hopes, detailing looked nice, it had those fantastic ST wheels, Tangerine Scream paint, nice deco.

Now this is my first Greenlight car and perhaps it's not indicative of the rest of their line, but upon ripping open the package I was disappointed in the heft and feel of the car. It feels more plastic then diecast.

There are some great things about this car however. Paint is awesome great color nice quality. Tires are rubber and with treads which is cool. Not as nice as Hot Wheel real tires but it's better then plastic. The detailing is another positive lettering is legible and crisp and correct. And those wheels ! YUM!

What I'm disappointed with. The spoiler is rough and 100% plastic, the color is close but not the same as the rest of the car. The wheels are on the thin side. The underside is all plastic.

Overall it does look great and is a better representation of the Focus ST then my previous ST (Maisto, used as a comparison in photos). I would have liked this car more at $3.50 or $3.99 but I'm glad it's part of my collection.

Would I buy another Greenlight ? It depends on the car and the price. However I would like to hear others opinions of Greenlight perhaps it's just this line (motorworld) or this model.
