Hi Live and Let Diecast! Long time listener, infrequent caller. A long time ago (back when LaLD was first started) I said I'd review all 330+ cars in my stable. Unfortunately, life and my transition process has gotten in the way of that.
Well, at least until I discovered Diecast mecca in Volo, IL. Thousands upon thousands of rare diecast cars of all scales, packed into one room. I'm not kidding, this place currently has a model Vector and a super high quality Dodge Ram!! (SR20s to come later)
I've gotten back into the swing of collecting (AutoArt, Maisto, oh my!) and I recently ran across some posts showing modified Matchbox cars. I DIDN'T KNOW THAT WAS POSSIBLE!!!
Is there like a crash course on how to do this?!!?!? *Head Explodes*
In the meantime, I'm preparing to review my newest additions, an AutoArt Porsche Carrera GT (no pics, I want it to be a surprise) and many others.
I did rearrange my desk collection as well. I still need more display cases...
