Flying Lizard Motorsports raced the 911 GT3 RSR in the American Le Mans series with Porsche factory support, with the #45 car featured here winning 3 consecutive drivers championships from 2008-2010 with the team 2 constructors championship in the ALMS series along the way.
This 911 GT3 RSR is part of BBurago’s 1:43 Racing line, among a handful of models that every Indian retailer seems to be stocking these days.
Today, for the 1st time, I actually tried to find this model in BBurago’s catalog. I find that I have most of the models in the 1:43 Race line. In fact, the Renault Sport R.S.01 that I landed via AliExpress is part of this set as well. Interesting. I think I must just try to complete the entire set soon.
(P.S: Is it just me or does the “Flying Lizard” actually look like a snake, fangs and forked tongue and all?)
