Here we are back again for another look at the newly release JDM from M2 for my 92nd post. Presenting the 1970 Nissan Fairlady Z Z432. But not just one but 2.

Presenting both stock and racing livery, this is the 3rd model I am showing from their first Auto Japan series. If you missed my previous review, check out the Datsun/Nissan 510.

The difference between both stock and racing besides the color is the racing does not have bumpers. M2 did a good job with the detail. It has nice black wheels and the racing livery even has the Good Year printed on the tires. However it is not perfect as the wheels are slightly wobbly. Also I’ve read that the racing livery is supposed to be lowered but looking at the side by side comparison I’d say both are about the same.

The usual features are rubber tires, realistic wheels, metal chassis, side mirrors and opening hood but I’m going to say it again, it eliminated opening front doors which could be due to cost cutting or complains from collectors that grips about door gaps.

So did M2 do a good job with their initial JDM models?
