Of course it’s pretty obvious from the photo that this isn’t our most well known Nissan Skyline GTR. In fact, if you’re not familiar with vintage Japanese cars you may not even know who made this.

Made by Isuzu, a Japanese automobile manufacturer, the Isuzu Bellett is a subcompact car manufactured between 1963 to 1973. Then Isuzu launched the Bellett GT in April 1964, and was the first Japanese car to be billed “GT” (Gran Turismo). In September 1969 a racing version of the GT was made and dubbed the Bellett GT-R and featured a 1.6 L DOHC engine from the 117 Coupé, power brakes and numerous other modifications. Only about 1,400 GT-Rs were manufactured.

This is a Tomica LV-159(b) Isuzu Bellett 1600 GTR release around May 2015 under their TLV series. Besides in red, this also comes in orange with a black hood.

There are no opening parts but comes with rich features like true 1/64 scale, rubber tires, realistic wheels, metal body and chassis. The detail is par excellence.
