Also released in September, this is the only one that I ordered with both colors as I am a fan of the first and second generation look and I’m glad Tomica decided to release this 1994 2nd Gen.

During those period the SUVs are still sporting chrome bumpers which to me should still be the norm for these trucks. And I see them everyday from where I came from as these were popular.

If you have not received or ordered them yet, let me tell you that the box for the Pajero is way taller than any Tomica of this size.

Notice the transparent plastic where the vehicle is placed has a big empty space on the top. Is it for us to be able to insert our finger to remove the model? Maybe but could it be that they might release these with roof rack in the future?

I’m glad that Tomica decided to include the side mirrors without us having to glue it on but they still have one separate side mirror accessory that is place on the left fender.

In passing I’ve always thought about owning and driving this along with the FJ40 Land Cruiser but I can only own it in die cast form. To me these are nicely made adult collector castings and the realism on a 1/64 scale is top notch. The wheels do roll smoothly but did not include any suspension on them.

Till the next model, see you.
