This model was the subject of one of my recent Hour Rule posts. While it’s a nice model it has suffered at the hands of the now semi-famous ‘Sonzilla’. Somehow he managed to lose one of the headlights so I wasn’t going to take any more pictures of it other than for that post. After a brief discussion with dtg11 I decided to take some more photos to put up here. I found a temporary replacement headlight that should keep the cops off my back for a while.
The scale is not specified on the model which makes sense as looking at the Welly site even they aren’t sure. It’s somewhere around 1:36 to 1:38....maybe. It measures 120 mm or 4 & 3/4 inches long so it’s a bit bigger than 1:43. It is also a pull-back powered model.
Sorry if offence is taken any PORSCHE purists out there, just pretend like it’s not there and move on...

Not bad details inside for a low end model.
The chrome is rubbing off the 2.7 badge but it’s worth pointing out the badge as its tiny.
