Just trying some different wheels, again, still not happy with these so I’ll keep searching. I don’t mind them but they just don’t do it for me. Let me know what you think if you like.
It’s probably not technically correct having a NISSAN logo in the background. Nissan does own Datsun but I don’t think I’ve ever heard it called a ‘Nissan 510’ or ‘Nissan 1600’! (Maybe it was called a ‘Nissan Bluebird’?) I just liked the red on the logo with the wagons paint, I’m also experimenting with lighting and stuff. I’m purposely not saying what the wheels are off but most will know the brand.

I got sick of it falling apart EVERYTIME I moved it and I thought, ‘SCREW IT!!....So I did.
Holds together great now and the screw isn’t visible with normal viewing.
I’ve changed the headlights a little, again I’m still not happy/finished yet, although I do like the way they look in this shot. Also I don’t think I can better the stock wheels (yet) other than a dechromed look.
If you zoom this shot you can really see the rough ‘unfinished bondo’ well, I think I got lucky with this look! Doubt I could do it again if I tried.
This is probably my favourite shot from today, the red is RED!
