CoCi: Custom or Crush it?

I picked this up a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that it had some issues when I was paying for it. Got it anyway as its the first yellow one I’ve seen on the pegs.

As I’m going to be doing something with this cast I used it as a guinea pig for some silver paint pen details, I like the way the mirrors turned out, the headlights are ok but the mirrors just came out well I think.

Here’s the issue, the C pillar on both sides has some strangeness about it. This side has a dent or missing metal as well as a crack through the pillar.

This isn’t an issue but an observation. I noticed the grill is different on each cast, the yellow one is smooth and the one on the Drift Pig has a grill pattern in it. It’s just noticable in the pic, sort of but it’s definitely different. Also there is a noticable difference in the weight of each cast with the yellow on quite a bit lighter in the hand, haven’t put them on the kitchen scales though.

So, my question in the title, Custom or Crush it?

Custom; Surprise surprise, I’m thinking UTE!!

Crush it; Just put it out of its misery. I haven’t decided on the crush method yet but have a number of ideas and some hydraulic equipment, overkill? Yes sir! If crushed a video will be posted of it of course.
