[Custom] 1969 Cadillac

Picked up one of these MBX land yachts and decided to make some changes on it.

Stock out the pack. Nice cast and details but the black bottom half bugs me. I didn’t mind the green but not sure why the black is there? Maybe the 1:1 could be had like this? Anyway it didn’t stay this way for long.

Ok so I pulled this Caddy apart and adjused its altitude. Decided I’d lower the rear more than the front, I like how it’s come out.

As mentioned earlier I don’t love the paint scheme on this cast and changed it. Just a quick satin black over the original paint but with the tampos removed with acetone.

Gloss black would look great on this cast as well.

Back together. Added the details to the door handles and chrome trim around the wheel arch area. Eventually I’ll add some red tail lights and probably close in those side windows with some very dark tinted plastic. I think it needs blacked out windows with this look.
