This model is a pretty nice representation of the real car. Recently I was given this by my wife and kids just because. I love my family!

So anyway here’s some shots of this little beauty. It’s from a company called DDA Collactibles but I suspect it comes out of the same factory that makes the casts for the Aussie Road Ragers casts who ‘made’ the 1969 xw falcon panel van I featured recently. Quality, look and feel are similar although the EH has a screwed on plastic base compared with the riveted metal bases on the ARR line. The case bases the cars mount on are the same as is the plastic adaptor between the cast and base.

Details are well done and those wheels look spot on. Apart from the front end looking slightly off the rest of the model is pretty well done.

Plus the bonnet opens! Nicely detailed engine bay that looks very accurate as well. Again this isn’t a cheap model but it’s worth having, especially if your an Aussie and these cars hold memories of a younger self.
