So MrsZtp set this up, and she said it was two old dudes going for a drive together. Clearly it started off that way, but with that '50s Buick in the opposing lane, it's obviously a street race. That or they're passing. I prefer the first choice.
Since this street is located somewhere in Michigan, USA, I bet it stems from the GM Ford rivalry. Despite that, these two elderly men clearly love the beach and are old friends, reliving their youth. Just don't ask them who their favorite college team is. :)
