Last Sunday I went to TSC to pick up a solenoid and bolts so my lawn mower won’t shake itself to death. I got the chance to fill out a survey and I just filled it out now. This is what I wrote as to why my experience wasn’t the best. You can’t say I’m not doing my part.
This was my 2nd time in the store, both times it seemed like they were understaffed. I also look for Ertl diecast cars and trucks, and they were on clearance at this location. I heavily collect diecast cars, and if I knew Ertl diecast were there, I would come in more frequently. I know you have the tractors, but I also like the trucks. A previous visit I bought the Ertl jeep Cherokee 1:64 scale, and am very happy with it. I even bought one for a friend. But since they are on clearance, I don’t have too great of a desire to head there again unless necessary, :(.
I was actually really bummed they were clearancing the Ertl diecast, as I was looking forward to getting them more often there, :(.
