They have clearly marked signs, they even have another video where an employee comes over an intercom and says “Hey, don’t park here” and people still do.
I used to be a tow operator overnights doing illegally parked cars, police tows, whatever was called in or I saw on contracted properties, and I still can’t believe people pay zero attention to no parking signs, or tow away zone signs.
