Had my four year old nephew watch Wizard of Oz for the first time. Didn’t realize it was the 80th anniversary at the time. Flying monkeys and Oz scared the shit out of him as anticipated but he loved it.
I hadn’t seen this performance of Over The Rainbow before. I don’t know if the outfit and makeup are from a previous skit, but this version is a bit different than in the film and was unexpectedly powerful.
