Well, a medium for power storage, anyway... I imagine these are a tad flat. A good friend of mine and I got to talking about RC cars recently, mainly about the fun times we had running the cars we had as kids. We still have them, and it’s been at least 8 years since we ran any of them - probably longer. New batteries are probably a decent and relatively inexpensive first step - neither one of us wants to throw too much money into any of these cars for how old they are.
Mine is an MRC Ironman from sometime in the late ‘90s, similar to the picture above. It’s seen some use over the years, but I seem to remember its in decent shape. My friend has two - a Team Losi and a Team Associated something or others from around that same era. We used his more, and I seem to remember that they show it.
When we do get these up and running, I’ll have to share some pictures.
