A maiden flight on Saturday if all goes well and weather cooperates. Flourescent paint sucks to work with but it came out alright in the end. Anyway, it’s with a dual deployment flight computer (located in a section where the yellow stripe is).

So in theory, it detects apogee, pops a drogue shute out, then at 500 feet off the ground it should pop the main chute. I hope it does that. It will be nearly seven pounds after motor burnout. (12+ pounds on takeoff)

The 38mm reloadable motor casings. The black one will get me all the way to the end of Level-1 certification and 2500+ feet. The grey case Will take me well into level-2 (but theres spacer kits to let me load shorter level-1 loads)
What this thing can take however, is a 54mm motor and that will go all the way to the end of level-2 and contains a considerable ammount of propellant. My experience on Saturday will be 60-100 pounds of thrust for a few seconds. And if all goes well, not too much hiking to go get it. If I go any higher with larger motors then I’ll need a GPS tracker and some good boots for a few milees of hiking.
And on the left side, theres a place for a small camera. I will post video, even if it’s a disaster.
