The Queen has a donor.

There’s a minor complication, though. The front crossbar of the frame has signs of prior damage where the bumper assembly mounts to it, likely from when it did a pit maneuver on some poor sap.

I also discovered the radiator had gotten compressed, causing a mounting tab for the fan assembly to snap. The radiator is bowed upward, interfering with the shroud.

But me and my friend got a car for $500. A 2007 Crown Victoria in silver birch metallic. More photos of the Queen’s damage below. Note how the bumper cover got stuffed into the bumper frame assembly... That trailer scored a perfect hit.

If you look closely at the last one, you can see the bumper assembly and the crossbar side profile that's been bent forward.
