Remember way back before the X5M, when BMW very briefly sold an X5 with an Alpina M62 engine as the 4.6is. The 4.8is which replaced it was more powerful but not nearly as rare. Subtlety was cool.
The 4.6 is the one I’ve always wanted to see.
