Just got to watch this documentary about the ‘Southern California sound’ from the middle 1960s. Think Beach Boys Pet Shop Sounds, The Byrds, Buffalo Springfield, The Mamas & The Papas; early Folk Rock bands from Laurel Canyon outside LA.
Jakob Dylan executive produced and stars along side many of the members of the seminal bands.
It is superb. You should go see it if you can.
