Toyota Knows Their Customers (Camry-Dent Content Inside)

My wife leases a 2017 Toyota Highlander and her lease is ending in July so I spent a bit of time today perusing Toyota’s Lease-end Process.

I read through the PDF that they provide and couldn’t help but to laugh out loud when I got to the examples of ‘excessive wear and use’ of the exterior only to find that the very first example they use is the classic ‘Camry-Dent’!

So contrary to popular belief, the Camry-Dent is not OEM and Toyota does want it fixed if you plan on turning in your lease.
