After seeing the seats that the 2021 Hyundai Veloster N was going to have, I have been patiently waiting to see the pricing for it. I had seriously hoped that this was going to be my STI-replacement!
But at $33,245 ($34745 for the DCT-equipped model) I think it’s a hard pass for me. The $30,600 2020 performance package equipped Veloster N was a lot of car for the price. I don’t feel the same way about the 2021 model.

It can be argued that Hyundai added enough tech and features to justify that level of price increase. It’s just that besides the seats, none of that other stuff really matters to me personally.
It will be interesting to see how sales for the 2021 model goes.
