I was going to write a whole thing, but frankly I can’t make the time for it. So here’s a blurb and a bunch of photos instead!
9 days, 8 nights, including travel. Went snorkeling on Espirito Santo near La Paz. There was a neat coral reef with angel fish and puffer fish. Beautiful beaches. Went swimming with whale sharks, also near La Paz. One swam about 10ft in front of me and another bumped into my girlfriend! Drove up to Adolfo Lopez Mateos. Went whale watching, saw at least a hundred spouts in a few hours. They came right up to the boats and we were even able to pet them! Then kayaked from there down to Puerto San Carlos over the next 5 days. That included 4 nights of camping on sand dunes. It was 35 miles of kayaking. One of those days included a hike to the Pacific to go boogie boarding. After that, went back to La Paz where Carnaval was going on.
Whole trip was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend it. www.kayakinbaja.com it was under $1400 USD which included hotel nights and every meal. It was as fully catered trip so even when camping they cooked for us. All the food was incredible, nice restaurant quality, but made fresh in front of us on the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this trip.
