It took 4 trips to the dealer, an escalation to the service manager, begging for a loaner (so I didn’t go broke with Uber rides), and a ride around the block with the shop foreman. But by God they fixed my roof.
It was rattling like...... Uh, well, like a Mustang. But they got new clips and adjusted the latches until it stopped rattling. All fixed under warranty.
It’s a Christmas miracle!
