Working from home

... listening to an album described as a “space opera”, and trying not to die to death from the pain caused by working out.

I have started doing CrossFit. I will not bore you with the details, but suffice to say I’m NotFit, or at the least, not very strong. Maybe in a few weeks I’ll be able to do a half-dozen pushups without crying about it afterwards.
