With the big tires: 8.5" to the lowest point (exhaust pipe). 9" to oil pan. 10.5" to bottom of floor (front footwell) 13" to rear floor.
Minimum clearance (fully loaded) 5.5" to lowest point.
Current Subaru Forester has 8.7" of ground clearance, but I don’t know if that’s a good practical comparison, because I don’t know what the bottom of a Subaru Forester looks like.

The bottom of a Saab 96, is aside from the exhaust pipe, pretty flat:
