My morning coffee and post conference call break were interrupted by our very own E90M3 texting me a link to this car.
What is it? None other than a 1997 BMW 750iL (E38) in Arctic Silver over black.
Reminiscent of the 750iL from the 1997 Bond movie Tomorrow Never Dies, this is just about as good of an early E38 you’ll ever find.
This specific one shows only 3 owners and 20k miles, which is remarkable for a car as old as I am. Unlike me, this E38 has aged gracefully and still looks good to this day.
We all know I love the W140, but both the E32 and E38 are up there in my heart alongside it.
I’m not sure what it is about it, but something in my heart makes me want to sell everything to buy it. Will I? Absolutely not.
