Land Rover uses the stupid lug nuts covered by a thin aluminum skin for...reasons. The lug nut underneath is a standard 21mm, but the top part makes it 22mm...ish...when new. After 100k miles and countless tire shops and idiot dealers, they’re bulging to 23mm...ish. 22 wont go over the nut, 24 is too big and just deforms the aluminum.
Do they sell 23mm sockets at my local HD/Lowe’s? No, they do not. All of the manufacturers involved in this process are assholes. 🙄
