I was house hunting today, but with the market as is, I can’t afford anything. My budget is $550K (very low for Vancouver), but that doesn’t get me anything. Super depressing. So, I went for walk on a mountain.

Most of the $ I’d have is from the appreciation of our current home. But since the value of that has doubled, so has everything else. It’s insane.
