Sad Day (Update)

Casey is being put down tomorrow. It is heartbreaking for me. I said my goodbye today, I’d rather say it today at my home where she could meet my puppy than the waiting room of a vet tomorrow. I’m so down and upset, but I got to walk both my dogs at the same time, just once and I’ll always cherish that memory. It will be hard going to my parents without her there. My parents just became empty nesters and this has made it harder on them.

She came into my life when I was 13, she saw me grow up, date, start driving, get married and move out.

She used to ride shotgun in the truck. So many good memories. I’ve tried to take her for drives like old times recently and take more pictures of her.
