Help Requested! - Catch Cans Leaking(?)

I have a Mountune purchased Radium Engineering Catchcan system (both PCV and Crankcase) on the Fiesta ST. Lately, I’ve noticed a concerning amount of oil near the PCV catchcan.

The oil appears to be leaking out of the hose at possible both ends (or the PCV end and traveling down). I don’t have low oil, but it is more than enough to concern me. The catchcans get emptied pretty often via a petcock valve installed under my bumper. It is a nifty system and I use it often, so I don’t think they could be overflowing.

The hose that leads from the PCV valve to the catchcan has nothing tightining it (no clamps) and is squeezed between two other rigid hoses, so two options may be that it is backing up due to constriction or it is simply loose (seems kinda loose, but idk).

Maybe I should just take it in? I am no expert and I am not allowed to work on cars in my garage or driveway.

In the photos below, red markings are the ends of the hose from the PCV valve and yellow is the dipstick.
