Truck Pics & Truck Help - Parking Brake Issues

So the other day when I had the truck up on ramps, I put the parking brake on and...something broke. The parking brake eventually released but the pedal is just dangling and my parking brake light flickers on and off.

I can push/pull the truck in neutral no issues, so I don’t think the parking brakes are stuck on...but if they are..even a little, how much damage am I doing by driving?
