Mini meet, actually. Italian Job suggested we meet at the Motor Sports C&C Saturday. He ended up not being able to come. Neither could blacktruck18 or I like cars. But I met up with Just Jeepin and mkbruin, who brought his ‘81 Firebird. This place was really cool and not pretentious. I drove my moms Acura RL, and my daughter suggested we park next to the Prius so we looked cool be comparison.

There was this 2005 Land Cruiser. Mkbruin tried to pry out of the importer how he got it into the country all the guy would say is that it had a legal clean title and registration and that you just have to know how to do the paperwork right. He was asking $50k obo for it. The eventual impound is free of charge.

This C7 came in the correct spec: green stingray convertible with saddle interior. The owners were a middle aged couple who got it used with low mileage. My heroes.

The Pantera was inside the showroom. I wouldn’t buy it, but I’d love to take a drive in it. My favorite was the Ford convertible with the nicely detailed greyhound ornament.
