Anyway, tonight was slow cooked chicken enchiladas with home made guacamole, refried black beans, and brown rice. She winged it on the spices and succeeded wonderfully. There was supposed to be chocolate chip cookies, but the chef got distracted with cleaning her closet for donation and garage sale. As you can imagine, I am not disappointed under such circumstances.
