As you see in the video, Formula Drift driver Matt Field plays part racecar driver part Uber/Lyft driver when he takes me on a lap of Formula Drift Long Beach from Ocean Blvd down Shoreline Drive and then he drives me all the way to his race paddock/trailer.
Kidding of course about Field’s Uber/Lyft employment, but for me it was one of the more entertaining ways to get from where I was to the Formula Drift paddock. Could you imagine the surcharge on a Formula Drift ride?
