My church is having its annual rummage sale this week, and the amount of stuff we have is just mind blowing. It seems every year we get more and more things donated, and we have a harder time getting things organized, sorted and priced before the sale starts. There is all kinds of furniture, tools, lawn equipment, holiday decorations, clothes, bedding, kitchen items and dish sets. I helped pick up a ping pong table (very nice shape), two snow throwers, bikes, a gas fire pit, and a POS couch I should have just lit on fire. It all ends on Saturday, when everything is 1/2 off as well as $3 bags (where anything you can fit in a shopping bag is $3). 80% will be gone by then, and anything that is at least useful gets donated to local charities.
